The image is a screenshot of a video presentation given by Dr Dani, a physician astrologist, whose work on promoting 13th sign constellation astrology is the subject of the latest page, much overdue, to be added to my website.

Tuesday, August 12, around 06:15 will see the meeting of Jupiter and Venus and just below the horizon (here in the UK) the brightest star in the sky, Sirius, will be only a third of a degree away - the closest it has been in almost 200 years. (Whether they meet in Cancer or in Gemini as the image below shows depends on which method of astrology you favour)

The above screenshot from Stellarium for 04:25 shows the planetary positions in the constellations - Sirius, the blue dot, is below the horizon as is the Sun which will rise at 05:41. The yellow dot represents Venus & Jupiter together whilst the red line is known as the ecliptic - the path that the planets travel around the Earth. (Sirius is NOT on the ecliptic hence it won't appear together with Venus and Jupiter even though it's around the same degree of the zodiac sign.

Venus will catch up with Sirius around 16:25 on Tuesday whilst Jupiter will do so early on August 14 with the conjunction applying for a further four days giving us a window of nine days to enjoy the love-filled vibration.

Esoteric astrologer, Phillip Lindsay, says this:
Sirius, Venus and Jupiter

Sirius is regarded as the “higher self” to this solar system, while Venus as “sister planet” to Earth, acts similarly. Hence this triple conjunction represents a major macro-micro alignment that will stimulate a broader awakening of humanity - and the greater precipitation of the Love-Wisdom principle.

This has been most evident in recent months with protests against the Gaza genocide, where millions around the world have voiced their discontent, some paying the price of being arrested and fined.

Ironically, those nations doing the arresting and clampdowns on free speech are UK and the USA - past major freedom fighters of modern democracy.

These “lapsed” second ray souls have temporarily lost track of the soul narrative, but their respective populations are currently re-awakening the national spirit - as evidenced by both nations in WWII.

If this succeeds, then current WWIII speculations will be consigned to the dustbin of history.

Astrologer Michele Knight interprets this as a truly auspicious conjunction potentially bringing opportunities in love, relationships, and material matters, a time to focus on long-term goals and envision what OUR future holds. To add even more strength to this event, Mercury will have turned direct and it coincides with the peak visibility of the annual perseid meteor shower adding yet further spiritual and emotional significance to this propitious day.

I say this powerful conjunction is deserving of wider recognition for the significant role it is playing in helping humanity. So much so that I felt compelled to experience this first hand and fortunately the elements obliged. Up at 3:30 on the day and at my chosen viewing point by 5am which meant that the night sky was already fading and thus the bonus of the annual Perseid meteor shower was not to be. However Jupiter and Venus were resplendent as was the waning moon and the subsequent sun rise at 05:41. These are truly amazing times to be alive yet for many trapped in their everyday lives they are oblivious to the magic of the universe and the effect it has on our mortal lives.
