The above image was taken two days ago at Whitley Bay although the experience of the 'northern lights' aka aurora borealis was enjoyed as far south as Manchester and is ongoing albeit being prevented by cloud cover for most of the country. I had every intention of writing a detailed explanation of tonight's (19:52 UT) second new moon in Sagittarius which is in a stellium with Mars and Mercury whilst Venus has just moved into Capricorn and will be conjuncting Pluto in the early hours of Tuesday morning. As I write this post the moon and Venus are both in the constellation of Ophiuchus - the moon is asking us to connect to our subconscious and take a nurturing approach to life's challenges whilst Venus brings intense transformative love.
